How EqubBet helps group administrators save time

By EqubBet team

Share

A look at the routine tasks EqubBet takes off an organiser's plate — and what stays in the organiser's hands.

Running an Equb takes time: tracking who paid, reminding who has not, organising draws and answering questions. EqubBet is designed to make those routine tasks quicker.

Members and shares

Invite members by email, give a member more than one share, and see every share's status at a glance.

Contributions

Each round's contributions are created per share. Record payments — including partial payments — and verify them when the money arrives. Members see their own statements, so fewer questions reach the organiser.

Reminders

Set reminder rules once — for example a few days before the due date and again when a payment is overdue — and EqubBet sends them.

Draws

Schedule a draw, invite witnesses and run it live so members can watch. The eligible shares and the result are recorded. When the group agrees to give a round to a specific member, that is recorded as a member-approved assignment, not a random draw.

Agreements and payouts

Publish the group's agreement for members to sign, and record payout acknowledgements.

What stays with the organiser

EqubBet does not hold or move your Equb's money. Members pay the way the group agrees, and the organiser confirms payments. Decisions about rules, members and disputes stay with the group.

Getting started

Create a group, set the amount and schedule, invite members and publish your agreement. The free trial lets you try everything before choosing a plan.
