Where EqubBet is available
EqubBet is an online service. Organizers and members can use it from any country with an internet connection, on the web and as an installable app, in English or Amharic.
Available online, wherever your group is
Groups in Ethiopia — Addis Ababa, Werabe and every other region — and Ethiopian communities in the United States, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and elsewhere can run their Equb on the same platform, with the same features.
How money works
EqubBet is a record-keeping and coordination tool, not a bank or money-transfer service. Members' contributions and payouts move the way your group already handles them — cash, bank transfer or mobile money through your treasurer — and EqubBet records them so everyone can see them.
What every group gets
- Members, guarantors and multiple shares per member
- Contribution tracking with verified receipts
- Transparent live draws anyone can check
- Electronic approvals and signed agreements
- Certificates and a full history of every cycle
- English and Amharic for every member
